Wipro(VLSI) vs Interra

Hey ppl, i got placed in Interra systems with a pay of 3.75 lakhs, but they are asking for a bank guarantee of 3.00 lakhs for 2.5 years, is it worth taking the shot or sticking to WIPRO is better. pls help...

Are you already working in Wipro or have an other offer from Wipro?
2.5 yrs of bond looks huge and not advisable for anyone.

I also got same offer but CTC is 3.66L with same amount of bond for 2 and half years........
Now first thing is: It is worthfull company to join as a fresher..????
Secound is: Is there any risk for bond ??????
Third is: what about my future after 2 and half year????

plz give me ans ASAP......

Don't have a clue man, but it's risky signing up for a bond & yes the pay is 3.66.. lakhs...
