WinPic800+JDM doesnt work on PIC18F4550

I am using WinPic800+JDM to upload the bootloader from microchip onto PIC18F4550 but it doesnt work. I guess perhap I have the wrong setting for fuses of WinPic800.

Has anyone manage to flash microchip bootloader with WinPic800+JDM and successfully tried it with HID mouse example from microchip or VB.net example from Jan Axelson?

Please share your success story here. To include the Hex file, print screen of WinPic setting and schematic for PIC18F4550 USB interface are highly appreciated.
