Windows can't loaded

Hello,

I am trying to set up new Windows operating system in my PC but during trying it shows a general message That "Windows can't be loaded" and not sufficient memory.
At that mean while What should I do or following the necessary steps.

PLZ help me anyone!!!
 

Why don.t you believe the error message? You need a minimum of 1Gig of memory to install Windows.
 

That's true and it's depends on windows versions.
