Hello, know that 1.2KBps can pass through telephone audio (eg TCM3105) but I was wondering:

Can 2.4KBps, if modulated to audio tones, pass through:
1. Telephone audio
2. A handheld transceiver, like a 446MHz PMR without modifications
3. An SSB HF transceiver (2.7KHz) without modifications
4. An IR diode transceiver

I am thinking of using this circuit https://www.amsat.org/amsat/articles/g3ruh/109.html but send only 2.4kbps instead of 9.6
