[SOLVED] wilkinson power divider?

its a microwave lossy but matched at all ports with isolated output ports power splitter
 

It is also the very simplest divider.
It has large bandwidth if compared to other kinds (gysel or rat race),
and the bandwidth can also be broaded inserting more
λ/4 sections.
In fact just one λ/4 section could make the impedance transformation,
but if the "jump" is big (e.g. in a 10 ports divider/combiner you have to realize
an impedance transformation of 10), your bandwidth will become smaller,
and/or it could be very difficult to realize lines with very high or low
impedance value.
So, the splitter/combiner system should be tailored to your frequency
band (at low frequency a transmission line wilkinson combiner could
become impractical) and also to the dummy load configuration
and arranging, thinking that a wilkinson combiner needs "floating"
dummy loads while gysel, rat race and hybrid needs a grounded load.
Last, i can suggest to use transmission line combiners starting from VHF
up to SHF, at lower frequencies (1MHz 30 MHz) i can suggest the use
of ferrite transformers.
