Wilkinson divider 30 GHz

I design a wilkinson splitter @ 30 GHz with momentum!

I found from vishay some "high frequency" resistors up to 40 GHz. They give an electrical model and i use it for co simulation.!
I see some degradation! (the resistor is not 100 Ohm (real part ) after 20 GHz

Is there something to suggest!
I want good isolation and good S22, S33 but with this resistor i can not reach the target!

Don't trust too much the delivered models @ Frequency.Do you design and realize then measure.

The question means if someone have ever tried to realize and measure something with a high frequency resistor and has something to suggest

isolation is the result of some of the leakage signal having "zero" degrees phase shift, and the other path (thru the microstrip lines) having 180 degrees. so there is vector cancelation.

So if there is a reactive part to the resistor, the phase shift thru it is not zero degrees. so you have to compensate the line lengths to make the vector cancellation of the leakage signal still work. You have the junction design, the impedance and length of the two equal length arms, and the pads where the resistor is soldered on (where you can add some quasi lumped element compensation).....i suppose you could get some coupling effect on the two equal length arms, if that helps anything
