I want to design a WIFI signal amplifier. One of the known chips to use for that is SZM-2166Z . However when I'm looking for a supplier, it appears that this chip is discontinued. I want to ask you what alternative chip does Qorvo or any other supplier provide for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies?

The SZM-2166Z, a 2.3–2.7 GHz, 2-watt power amplifier, was discontinued by Qorvo in 2019.

While it was primarily designed for the 2.3–2.7 GHz range, covering the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi band, it does not support the 5 GHz Wi-Fi band. For applications requiring amplification in both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi bands, you may consider Qorvo's RFPA5542. It is a dual-band power amplifier designed for 802.11a/n/ac applications, covering both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi bands. https://www.qorvo.com/products/d/da001019

You can also consider Skyworks' SKY85743-21 or Broadcom's BCM43465. When you select a replacement, the chosen component should meet your design's specific requirements, such as frequency range, output power, linearity, and integration needs. If you want to print a PCB, you can see this article to get an idea about the cost.
