There is a very small community of people developing on that board right now, and releasing that driver would violate an NDA that the author had to sign in order to create the board. Certainly, as the dev community grows and the code is at some point sufficiently modified, a release may be forthwith.
but id advise you to search for rm0251.pdf it is a very informative document.
Sometimes I keen to obtain the source code immediately and study it for my own interest. I can afford to buy it since I am still a student and no income.
