Wien Oscillator frequency

Hey

Could some one please tell me how to get the frequency of oscillation by writing KVL and KCL. (Not the loop gain method). Apparantly I am supposed to set the determinant of a matrix equal to zero. The oscillator is Wien or Phase shift.
