The layout has passed LVS and DRC before smashing the cell.
After smashing, a lot of DRC errors show up and smashing actually change the poly layer!

Is this an Astro bug or my operation mistake?

Thanks in advance for the help!

actually, your smash opeartion smashed the FRAM view of the cell, rather than the CEL view.

for the latter one. you should first stream out the design and stream in again into a new cell. this time, only CEL view are preserved, and you can do the smash operation on the imported gds...

Thanks for your help but problem still exists

Before smashing, I don't have FRAM view for this design.
After stream out and in the design, the layouts of standard cells are all lost.

I don't understand why the cell view before smashing contains non-perpendicular poly masks.

I tried to strech poly mask and did remove several DRC errors, but I can't correct all of them by hand.
