Hi
In designing RF power Amplifier, what is the minimum threshold for NF (noise figure)?
 

Question is absurd..
What does it mean " minimum threshold" ?? Makes no sense..

NF is not a considered metric in designing Power Amplifiers.( Because it's too high)

minimum threshold means the minimum acceptable value of NF for designing PA
 

Noise figure is usually related to low level signals, because the noise of the components si in the same order of magnitude with the signal level.
So any decrease on the noise generated by components is an increase of the C/N ratio.
On power amplifiers, the level of the signal os so high ( Millins times ) that the noise generated by the components is negligible.
Anyway, if you have a very high gain amplifier ( say 70 and more dB ), the noise figure is in the range of 8 to 15 dB.

My gain is between 10 & 20 dB, so how much should be NF?
 

If the output power is in the order of + 30 dBm or even more, any value is good.

Mine are in the range of + 33 dBm with the Nf described, but are very high gain.
