Why would MOSFETs heat up in an inverter while charging with the same inverter

I don't have anything for 8051. I remember seeing a document where they used an 89C51 to generate a sine wave. I can't seem to find it now. May be you could write your own code and use it?

its just that i have limited knowledge on how to put the codes together
