cross talk

as the technology shrinks i,e below 0.45nm, crosstalk problem is a issue due to the formation of coupling capacitances betn adjacent wires. Coupling capacitance are formed between two adjacent wires. these coupling capacitance adds to the interference of signals on those two adjacent wires which ultimately leads to cross talk.

Re: cross talk

for deep submicron connections are fit closer together resulting in formation of virtual capacitance
