why it's prefered to use nand in implementing SOP while using NOR in implementing POS ?

how do i implement nand using pos

Hi
I think its clear when you expand SOP and POS

SOP - Sum Of Products
POS - Product Of Sums

using sop and pos

hi guys I know that because it's the optimum when you compare the no. of gates being used but the prof. said that there ia another reason

using nor to implement sop

Yes it has another reason:
it is because, we use NAND/NAND, insted using AND/OR.
in other word, we use one type of logic.
this is because we use demorgan law.
if you check circuit diagram , you will find them.

Davood.
