plz explain with detail and calcultions however i understand it whats logic behind using right capacitance of capacitor in any dc electronics circuits

Hi

The circuit you show is known as an "astable multivibrator". Its a very well known circuit in electronics so you can find lots of information about it. For example on wikipedea https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multivibrator
