Why the simulation is slow on my notebook?(2-3GB of data)

Why simulation is slow

Your memory is small. the big design must use swap(HD as Mem). So the HD light is flashing. you can add a big mem up to 2G.

It's only ver. 2.6 now. What do you mean below 8?

it reach to 120M(8M cache ,7200).
The commad is: hdparm -tT /dev/hda1
