Why Simatic S 7 TD 200 has a password in Forced I/O option ?

The text display doesn't require a password unless it has been set by the programmer. There may be both a 4 digit TD password and a 8 digit CPU password in effect. Apparently the programmer was under the impression, that he should prevent you from doing stupid things.
