hspice prefix syntax

Hello experts,
I found a weird phenomenon there are no components named with N, P and Y prefix in SPICE syntax. Could any one tell me why?
Thanks in advance.

Best regards,

They just have not come up with new components that require the use of those letters. If someone comes up with a new devices that warrants the use of a new letter maybe they will be used.
