why is there no folded cascode op amp composed of bipolar ?!

i found there was no folded cascode op amp completely composed of bipolar ?!

why?

i have only seen folded cascode op amp completely composed of cmos ,or composed of cmos and bipolar,

but i have never seen completely constructed by bipolar.

Probably you haven't look hard enough. I have seen and I have designed bipolar folded cascode structures. I don't see why they shouldn't be done in bipolar.

cascode is a structure,it can be used bipolar.but cmos is used widely.
 

where can find low voltage CMOS cascode OPA?
