Why is the default value set for transistors in 0.09 um PDK?

I installed the new 0.09um PDK(I used the normal install.pl command), and then copied the original design library to a new directory. But when I open the schematic and want to change the size and name of the transistors, the size of transistors were set to the default value automatically(like min W and L in 0.09um process). I am wondering where is the setup for keeping the original size of transistors and could you please help us about it?
