[SOLVED] why I get this error message in ADS when using impedance matching utility?

As you can see below I try to select a load impedance configuration and then I get the error message to the left. Why? What does it mean? I even retried on multiple different windows and restarted the whole ADS program.

Did you click "Design" button ?? Then are you able to pop-down into sub-circuit ??
 

I get the error as soon as I click on one of those impedance drop down selections. I don't even click on design.
