As I see in books and tech notes, SFDR is not often used and seems mainly for ADC and DAC. Why do people use SFDR instead of P-1db point there?
Thanks!

Oh, it's quite contrary from what I read in papers.
In IEEE papers about lna and mixer, seldom do they mention SFDR.
(As I remmeber, no more than 2.)
When I search SFDR in google, I see ADCs have their SFDR performance..
Of course, seems not seperate products for LNA or mixer.
SDFR has its importance in Direct digital Synthesizers, ADCs and Analog Synthesizers but it has still meaning in LNAs, mixers and ...
Importance of the SFDR depends on you application and the device which it has measured for.
For example in an ADC SFDR and SNR determine sensitivity of the ADC and in an DDS it determines the spectral purity of the DDS.
