As I know, almost all the CMOS process now use P-type substrat. Why not N-type substrat?

almost all the CMOS process use P-substrat?

is this true??

i know some fab use n-sub too!

In all CMOS Tech, P-Sub Wafer is almost used.
I cann't know it well,
NMOS is showed excellence than PMOS. (Low variation of Mobility, Vth...)

P-substrate offers better control on hot electron effect...

mazor advantage with using p-substrate is that it is less prone to noise than n type, coz electron mobility is more..........also p substrate offer better resistance than n type
