Why a pulse voltage sweep and a step voltage sweep on GaN pHEMT give me different Vth?

Hey, guys.
These days I was doing some GaN pHEMT Vth testing.
My condition was sweeping voltage from -6 to -1 on gate and Const 48v on drain, source to GND.
Here I found two phenomena:
1. When I use ATE’s AWG to generate the gate voltage(-6v—-1v), I got Vth -3.3v;
(0.02v was set to be the step)
2. When I use SMU’s step sweeping, I got Vth -3.36v;
(0.02v was set to be the step)

Does the input waveform on gate influence Vth I got? If so, and why?
The attachment consists two waveforms ATE’s AWG and SMU behavior.
