I've seen this a few times in my account too , I have no idea why it happens.
When I check about the rating of the specific post # 1012904 I get no result and it is also not shown in the list of helpful ratings you have received.

Maybe gulson can give more info.

Interesting, the ratings also do not show up in a search.

It's hard to say what happened, but some accounts has been removed last time, so no username can be displayed.
