Who knows the RF frequency stability requirements of SAT telecomm?

Hi,
Now I need the RF frequency stability requirements for SAT telecomm.
But I found it is not easy to search in the web.
My IF signal is about 400MHz bandwidth, and it is in 30GHz band.
I just found someone said in 5G, the stabilty about 100KHz is very good.
But I can't find the fittable standards for SAT telecomm.
If anyone knows the requirements or the standards number, thanks a lot.
