Well. my idol is Dr. Asad Abidi of UCLA. I attended a two-week long intensive course on "Advanced Analog IC design + project on Cadence Virtuoso" during his visit to Pakistan. This guy has the best teaching skills + design skills, I have ever seen. Behzad Razavi, who is one of his junior colleagues at UCLA, is also one of my favorites..
