Who is selling NEC V850 CPU in small quantities?

Anyone uses NEC V850?

Is there anyone here who knows a distributor who is willing to sell
that CPU in a small quantities? I will appreciate any suggestion.

Any preference for geographical location of distributor?

The distributor should be preferably from Europe but if it weren't, it
wouldn't matter.
