You know what are the frequency ranges for carrier you want the electronic specifications for VCO used in transmission?

See who makes these equipment if they have any datasheets

check this link of GetIEEE802 program where u can find almost all IEEE802 standards for free... but not always complete...!

I worked a lot in this point ( finding VCO specifications based on standards requirements) please let me help u if you want....!
