who can point out the essential of low noise circuit design?

Select a device with low noise and operate it according to the manufacturers recommendations. Keep away from high value resistors and high currents and adjust the bandwidth to the minimum for your application.

Use ground plane, power plane, multiple decoupling caps (for instance 1uf, 100n, 1n in parallel), smooth tracks without 90 degree angles, flip chip devices, match bus wire lengths, and match impedances for digital output to digital input (such as 10 ohm resistor in series).
