I dont know how to calculate it and I cannot find it ,thx!!!!!
 

This paper is about modelling crystal osccilator modelling in Pspice. You can modify it to your 8k osc.

Here is a model for a 10kHz crystal. From this you can modify it to resonate at 8kHz

F=10kHz
L=520H
C=0.49pF
R=10000 Ω
Cholder= 10pF
