i don't beleive you will find something like it. Can you explain the problem or are you looking for it for academic purposes only?
 

I just want to have some good article on when to use which kind of buffer in the OP-AMP. Thanks

i don't understand. are you looking for comparison of op-amp architecture (miller, cascode, folder) or comparison of op-amps used as buffer?

for buffer, use a hi-gain miller op amp compensated for unity gain
 

sorry for the confusion, I mean the buffer as "output stage buffer", sorry!
