white led model
Hi Chaps,
I could be a bit late
I have the same problem.
It seems that the "guys from Sims"are reluctant to provide accurate models for Leds

Program TINA
Category Usage
Title LED forward voltage temperature dependence
Question/Problem Using Leds in simulation
I normally use a lot in real time
The voltage on the Led should decrease as the temperature increases (as the current increases with the temperature)
In real time it can even create a thermal overrun
In Tina the voltage increases with the temperature
Am I doing anything wrong???
Or misanderstanding something ?
Ignore this if I am wrong .....
I must find it on my own !!!
Best regards
George
Answer/Solution The LED forward voltage temperature dependence is not modeled in TINA because it is not specified in the datasheet of the LEDs.
The XTI and EG parameters specify the temperature dependence of the LED.

I sent them a graph of Vforward/temp ....
I replace them (as a very temporary "fix")by normal diodes..or Zenner (reversed)Bad heh !!
Did any of you get right ??
Would be nice to hear from you.
