which well technology is used nowadays in industry , dual well or old method of single well technology.


what are the advantages of dual well compared to previous tech available.

i think single well technology is followed by fab.
they wont use dual well technology.

I think the dual well is excel to the single, and most of the foundries is adopting dual well.

I think dual well is famous nowadays as most of the designs are done in Silicon On Insulator. SOI.
