Which version of Linux is suitable calibre

Dear All:
would you can share your experience of calibre setup and used, I want find good way for install calibre in Linux. thanks so much for you spend time to read and share.

I install it in the centos3.8 OS ,it's free and compatible with the redhat enterprise linux ,most EDA tools are well suppported by AS3.0 ,4.0
