which tool from Synopsys or Cadcan extract mutual inductance

Hi all,

I've just finish my layout now and want to extract the RLC parameters from it.
One of the most important thing is I need to know the estimate the influence of mutual inductance to the whole circuit.
But I have no idea which tool from Synopsys or Cadence can extract mutual inductance from layout?

Anyone can tell me ?
