which software can synthesize transfer function ?

I want to synthesize trasfer function,like

Z(s)=(S²+6S+3)/(S+6)

Can anyone tell me ?
 

HSpice can do that? How?
 

Did you mean finding a circuit solution which implement this transfer function?
 

Is the inverse possible with some package - can a transfer function be derived after simulating a circuit? I am using MicroCap 7 and fairly new to it.

I am trying to find the transfer function of an op-amp compensation stage which is a little more complex than the standard: T(s) = -Z2 / Z1 (for most inverting amplifier stages).

Any help appreciated!

PS: to the question posed earlier in this thread: With microcap 7+ (dont know about 6-) you can do a 'wizard' compensation and filter design -> thereby synthesizing your given transfer function.
