which release version of linux have more future in EDA

pls see the EDAC orgnization, www.edac.org , which has a roadmap for the eda platform. The most of the eda vendor obey the edac rule.
 

most papers say that 7.3 is stable than others.
 

RH had not supported personal version. Most EDA tools begin to support RHEL (2.1,3.0).
 

Don't worry about it , the EDA-company will solve the related problem
 

I also want to know the results of the EDA tools in RedHat Enterprise.
 

I have installed DC&PT successfully in CentOS.
