Which product is better Protel DXP or ISE?

Hi friends
I want to work with Xilinx products ( start with CPLD ) and VHDL. Wich one is better to use and why? ( PORTEL DXP or ISE )? can protel do all works like ISE?

I believe ISE is a lot more better, You can use the webpack, it has all the functionality you need to program a CPLD or FPGA . Above all its very user friendly.
