Hi everybody!
In EEPROM we usually use a charge pump circuit, and in charge pump circuit we have a pumping clock to control! But, i don't know what pin of EEPROM connect to this clock!!! Can anyone explain to me! thanks alot!

Re: charge pump

What is the specification of the EEprom?
Do you have a Datasheet?

Re: charge pump

In EEPROM people use charge pump to provide voltage larger than voltage supply! so i think almost EPROM, EEPROM use charge pump! but in datasheet i can't find the pin for pump clock!!

charge pump

Very simple explanaition. Internal chargepump is usually supplied by own oscillator. That is why u don't able to find pin for clock.

Re: charge pump

So, the charge pump circuit must have self-osillator circuit??

Re: charge pump

loop oscillator in charge pump?

yes, because we need not accurate clock, so we use intarnal osillator circuit.

charge pump

yes, the ring oscillator is used for charge pump clock.
