Which PIC with big internal memory ?

Hi everybody,

Could you please tell me which PIC that have a big internal memory ( I mean > 10 Mbit for "big")?

If there is no PIC with such a big memory, then which kind of PIC and external memory I should use ?

There are no PICs with memory that size. When you say 'internal' memory do you mean ROM or RAM? Look at using external memory devices with i2C or SPI interfaces.

if you have applications that require 10M of RAM you are probably looking at more powerful systems, e.g.
