Which PhD Position is better? Please help me.

I have received two PhD offers: Turku University in Finland and Eindhoven University of Technology in Netherland. The research work in Finland is about Ultra Low power Logic circuit design for Network-On-Chip(NOC). The research work in Netherland is about Data Converter and RF Transceiver design.

Is there anybody who can give me some advices? Which univeristy is better, which research work is better and which country is better?

I think RF is better. The market of is digital design is going down!

I would vote for TUE.
There are renowned professors in that university

I think both country are similar at living standard.
