which Op amp can accept negative voltage of -0.5V

Is there any op amp was available with Vcm in the range of -0.5V to 32V. If anyone knows means please inform the IC number.
 

Old PNP-input or JFET-input op amps often could tolerate some below-
rail input range. LM324 is worth a look, cheap as can be although not
a star. I would bet you could find online selection guides at the major
vendors, or maybe even Digi-Key, that include this attribute.
