How would you compare the following 3 books, I wish to buy one of them and have thought of buying Glynn's work. They are:

Advanced Modern Engineering Mathematics by Prof Glyn James, David Burley, Dick Clements and Prof Phil Dyke
Advanced Engineering Mathematics by K.A. Stroud, Dexter J. Booth
&
Advanced Engineering Mathematics by Erwin Kreyszig

Erwin Kreyszig has been used by most of the Engineers I have worked with and myself. So I would say that
it is most "Popular", but I can't say if it's "Best".

Cheers

Based on your interest the best in the lot can be chosen only by you

For me one book may seem the best others may call it trash in their point of view

Try to find your interest and look into them

kreyszig has decent application based approach... so i think it is pretty good.

I read Erwin Kreyszig's book. that book is one of the best mathematics books.
