i want to know which mosfet will be best to design 100W power amplifier in the frequency range of 88 MHz to 108 MHz.

thanking you.

You can try mrf140 data specs is max out 150 watts power in is 4.7 watts with 15 db gain and packaged as 211-11/2 VDD is 28 volts
Also mrf 150 good for 150 watts but power input is 2.9 watts but you need 50 volts for it.

please tell me 100w at 860~890MHZ

pa 23 100w mosfet

For 860 to 890 mhz you can use the transistor MRF1150 with a max rating of 150 watts with input of 25 watts and needs 50 volts and also it has a gain of 7.8 Db.
