which of the modulation (pwm, pam, ppm, pcm) is least affected by the noise??

thank you

pam ppm pwm

i guess it doesnt matter much as all are digital transmission techniques...........

pam pwm ppm

The first three carry their information in the edge locations or the top of the pulse which are variable quantities and are really a form of analog modulation. PCM depends only the presence or absence of a pulse which has more noise immunity.

ppm pcm

actually PCM is the only digital communication system. hence in this way it has more noise immunity than other three. the PWM,PAM,PPM is the analog modulation technique not the digital communication. the PWM,PAM,PPM SURELY HAS MORE NOISE IMMUNITY THAN AM. WHICH IS ALSO ANALOG MODULATION SYSTEM
