am not restricting myself to the list u have given.
CMOS. it has more noise margin. so it is well suited for noisy systems..

CMOS is very tolerant of noiise.

5V or 15V metal gate CMOS (CDxxxx) series is best suited for noisy environment but speed is about 1~5MHz maximum.

for noisy environment you must device with low impedance in inputs.TTL &HTL

insert a capacitor or resistor in input of cmos to make it low impedanc in input.
