among n+, p+, n well and poly which layer is having highest resistance and why?

is the resistance of diffusion/well increases as doping increases?

n-well has the highest resistance, then poly with salicide blocking, then n+, p+, then salicided poly (lowest, apart from metal layers).

Other way round: resistance decreases with increasing doping: More doping atoms, more charge carriers free to move -> less electrical resistance.
