Which job is more needed: site or transmission engineer?

hi all
could anyone suggest which is more needed job by the mobile companies, site engineers or transmission engineers also regarding there salaries? what is the job of each of them?

the number of site engineers needed is more...but transmission engineers are paid more

according to my knowledge
here site engineers are needed more
and pay
they are almost equl.......... just according to work load+ over times
