Which Filed is good with respect to future growth?

I am looking to do specialization in a particular field would like to know what your option is
Which of these two fields have future growth and demand, would like to know more such fields if you guys know any?
VLSI design or Embedded Systems

both have same scope...
but embedded systems have more openings compare to vlsi..
